Huawei P40 Pro : Everything you need to know !!

Huawei P40 Pro : Everything you need to know !!

The P series and the Mate series are the only two flag series of Huawei like samsung has its Galaxi S and Galaxy Note series. Huawei's P series has always stood for superb smartphone photography and stylish design. This year's model, the P40 Pro, is once more very impressive in terms of hardware. But using it in lifestyle shows that Huawei remains in its infancy in terms of software and ecosystem.
Here I am gonna tell you everything about this Phone

Design & Display

The screen looks very great. The Huawei P40 Pro's Overflow Display literally appears to try to to just that – flow over the edges of the phone's metal frame. It curves on top , bottom and on each side , delivering a small bezel and an engulfing screen experience for a comparatively easy to manage in-hand experience. All buttons of this phone on the right side, thats why its feel comfortable when taking photos or shooting videos because they are on top and also its very easy to hold in the hand.
The display design of this smartphone includes a new hole-punch on its display for using selfie camera. Huawei uses a size of 6.58-inch AMOLED display. The resolution of 2,640 x 1,200 pixels in the P40 Pro. The 2640 x 1200 resolution seems like a smart move; it is more sharper than 1080p at this 6.6-inch size. Huawei P40 Pro support 60 Hz and 90 Hz refresh rate on its display.  The display has proven to be very nice, bright, and color-true display. But you will get used to the four luminous edges on the curved displays. The fingerprint sensor on the Huawei P40 Pro has been moved to the center of the display.

Camera

This time The P40-series introduces a new Ultra Vision sensort. Although we don’t know who makes it but we know some of its core specs. And those are a 1/1.28 sensor size combined with the 50MP resolution and an RYYB (red, yellow, yellow, blue) sub-pixel formation.

The basic setup of P40 Pro consists of a 50 MP wide-angle (23 mm) lens, a 40 MP ultra-wide-angle lens (18 mm) and also a 12 MP telephoto (240 mm). The front camera of this phone  is a dual-lens with a 32 MP selfie camera and a time-of-flight one. When you will shoot in High-Resolution mode, images are captured using the excellent resolution of 6144 x 8192. Huwaei uses the largest 1/1.28 inch CMOS sensors in the P40 series. By the larger sensors means the pixel can be also larger.
The telephoto lens has a 5X magnification and also a 10X hybrid zoom with combining digital and optical zooms and 50X times digital zoom. When there’s enough light available, the 10X zoom works very well and the photos are very clear as ones while using the optical zoom. In the lower light situations, pictures of hybrid zoom aren’t quite as sharp but are still good.

On the front, a 32MP selfie camera which can capture 4K video with its punch hole, along with a time of flight sensor for better portrait photos and an IR sensor too, guaranteeing safer face unlocking than that offered by the Samsung Galaxy S20-series.

Performance

Huawei P40 Pro uses the in-house Kirin 990 5G SoC on its processor. This was also used in the Huawei Mate Xs and Huawei Mate 30 Pro. This chipset is very strong that will feel you great experience. There is 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, and also that can be expanded with the help of a extra Huawei Nano Memory Card.
A small hidden feature is also interesting: the P40 Pro's dual SIM feature. You can use a physical SIM card instead of a Nano Memory Card, or you can use an eSIM if you want to. Huawei finally gives you the option to use an eSIM in 2020. Thats really Great! You will get Android 10.1 here out of the box.

Battery & Charging

Huawei uses 4,200 mAh capacity for the battery. You can  charge via cable with Huawei's 40W SuperCharge power supply, or you can also charge the P40 Pro with the wirelessly 27W. P40 Pro can also deliver power via reverse wireless charging; wireless headphones like as Galaxy Buds+ can be quickly recharged on the go.

The P40 Pro lasts a full 12 hours and 10 minutes on a single charge when you will leave the system in control of the resolution and the refresh rate.

Verdict

The Huawei P40 Pro is looking very beautifull. just look at it! Huawei’s hardware is always been top quality. From the phone’s design through to the screen. The camera is everything you would expect from a Huawei handset, and P40 Pro will help you the great experience of photography. So, I think this will be a great choice for you.
